Giveaway: Best American Comics 2010, signed by cartoonists and Neil Gaiman

Since the new Best American Comics is almost out, and since Matt and I are moving abroad in a few weeks, we have to finally figure out what to do with the three copies of BAC 2011 that we had signed by a couple dozen cartoonists (on a bookplate) and Alison BechdelAnd the two copies of BAC 2010 that are signed by even more cartoonists and Neil Gaiman. We had a couple of big plans there at one point, but now we just want to give them to someone who will enjoy them!

Comment on this post to win one of two copies of BAC 2010 signed by about 25 cartoonists from both the selections and the Notables list, and including guest editor Neil Gaiman. Comment on THIS OTHER post to enter to win one of three BAC 2011 signed by about 20 cartoonists from both the selections and the Notables list, and including guest editor Alison Bechdel.

Deadline: 12 pm Tuesday August 7, 2012

How to enter: post a comment below to enter to win a copy of BAC 201o. Post a comment on THIS post to enter to win a copy of BAC 2011.

Winner will be chosen by random Tuesday afternoon. We won’t limit entry to only USA, but winners must pay airmail postage via PayPal.

Note: we do moderate comments, so if you haven’t commented here before, your comment won’t show up immediately, but it is in the queue!

I love these annuals and often check it out at the bookstore, but have a limited budget. Gaiman as editor was a great choice for this edition, what great company on this one! Thanks for doing these, guys (contest and for series editors)!

The HSU Library History of Comics Special Collections needs this. Although, would I donate my copy to the library and keep the signed copy for myself? Hmmm.

We love your books and we’re probably the only people in India that own 99 ways to tell a story. And we are going to make some fantastic books ourselves! Keep inspiring us all. :)
